NetGaming is proud to celebrate a notable moment of recognition: our CEO, Pallavi Deshmukh, has been named one of iGB’s Most Influential Women 2025. This annual recognition shines a spotlight on the women shaping the future of the global gaming sector, those who drive innovation, advocate for progress, and lead with integrity. Pallavi stands among them as a powerful example of modern leadership in iGaming.

A Career Built on Courage, Vision & Global Experience

Pallavi’s two-decade career in the gambling sector has taken her across continents, from the UK to Jersey City to Malta, shaping her into the leader she is today. In 2018, she made a bold decision that would define the next chapter of her career: joining NetGaming as CEO.

It was a leap of faith that she didn’t take lightly.

“Because I’d worked for such mega corporations, I was used to stability,” Pallavi reflects. “I discussed the opportunity with my family, and their encouragement helped me say: ‘Why not?’ Six years later, we’ve achieved so much.”

Her decision has paid off. Under her leadership, NetGaming has expanded internationally, secured strategic partnerships, and built a reputation for quality, agility and innovation.

Breaking Ground in the US and Beyond

One of Pallavi’s proudest achievements has been entering the US market, an ambition many small studios find difficult to realise. Today, NetGaming is live with industry giants BetMGM, Caesars and Rush Street Interactive, proving that a small studio with a strong vision can compete on a global stage.

Looking ahead, 2026 promises a new phase of expansion.

“We’re focused on Europe,” she says. “Operators want our content in Italy, and that’s our next major market after the UK and Greece.”

Her forward-looking approach continues to position NetGaming for sustainable growth.

Championing Diversity, Mentorship & Representation

Pallavi’s inclusion in the iGB Most Influential Women list reflects more than commercial success; it recognizes her contributions to diversity and representation in the gaming sector.

When she entered the industry in 2003, women in senior roles were rare. Today, she stands as evidence of how far the sector has come and how far it can still go.

“Diversity has progressed in leaps and bounds,” she says. “Strong role models mattered to me early in my career. Now it’s important that I pass that forward.”

Her leadership style is shaped by the mentorship she received at PartyGaming, where she worked under managers who encouraged her growth and championed her development. Today, Pallavi embodies that same supportive leadership, ensuring her own team has the opportunities, guidance, and encouragement she once benefited from.

She strongly believes that cultivating the right environment is essential to performance:

“Having the right people is everything. Our team is absolutely behind me, and none of this would be possible without them.”

A Recognition That Reflects Both Leadership and Legacy

The iGB Most Influential Women award celebrates leaders who break barriers and create meaningful, measurable impact. Pallavi’s story is one of bold choices, global perspective, and a relentless commitment to excellence.

Her recognition as one of the Most Influential Women in 2025 is not just a personal achievement, it is a milestone for the entire NetGaming family.

We congratulate Pallavi on this well-deserved honor. Her vision continues to shape NetGaming’s future, inspire our team, and contribute to a more inclusive, innovative, and dynamic iGaming industry.
