As mentioned above, the free welcome bonus is made up of 7,500 Gold Coins (GC) and 2.5 Sweeps Coins (SC). Compared to Pulsz's promo code offer of 5,000 Gold Coins and 2.3 Sweeps Coins, you’ve got quite the deal with PlayFame.
Upon completing the registration process, you’ll find the amount sitting in your account waiting for you to begin playing the over 800 available casino-style games. Think of this as your introduction to the site, enough to get you started figuring out which games are your favorites.
In order to use the bonus, you’ll first need to be signed up to the site. We found the process super easy ourselves when signing up to begin research for our PlayFame review; just follow the below steps.
Click on any of the banners on this page to be redirected to the PlayFame site.
Locate and press the pink “JOIN NOW” button at the top of the page.
Enter your email address, first name, last name, and D.O.B — then create a password.
Select the state in which you reside.
Click “Next,” then read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Verify your email address, and you’re good to go!
The welcome bonus should now be waiting for you in your account. You can alternatively sign up with your Google or Apple account to speed up the process a little.
While there are no specific T&Cs relating to the welcome bonus in particular, note that you will not be able to sign up to the site or claim it unless you are at least 21 years old and located in an eligible state. PlayFame currently restricts access for users in the following states:
As of right now, to redeem Sweeps Coins on the site, you’ll need a minimum of 10 SC and to have verified your identity. No SC redemption can be made without this verification, which is standard across all similar sites. The low SC redemption requirement of 10 SC does stand out as impressive, though!
Reminder: Terms and conditions do change, of course, so it’s always best to do your own research at the time of sign-up to ensure you’re up to date with the latest.
We were pleased to find plenty of other free bonuses available on the platform after having collected the welcome bonus. These offers won’t be found in a no deposit bonus roundup, but they still provide players with free virtual currencies to explore PlayFame’s library.
If you log in to your account every 24 hours or so, you’ll be the recipient of 1,000 GC and a random amount of SC each day. Unfortunately, this bonus isn’t automatically applied upon log-in like it is at most similar sites, but it’s not too complicated to claim. Just head to the “Get Coins” section and hit the “Daily Reward” button.
Check out the table below for the remaining bonuses we came across while exploring the platform.
| Bonus type | Bonus offering |
|---|---|
| Referral bonus | 60,000 Gold Coins and 20 Sweeps Coins when your referral signs up and spends $50 |
| Mail in bonus (AMOE) | 4 SC per handwritten mail request you send in |
| Social media promotions | Varying amounts of GC and SC, dependent on the terms of the specific post |
| Loyalty bonuses | Bonus GC, free Mystery Wheel spins, and more for loyalty program members |
While you may not need promo codes for any of the above offers, if you’re interested in how codes might open up new offers for you, browse our sweepstakes promo codes guide.
Just as you automatically receive the welcome bonus, you’re automatically enrolled in the Fame Club. The loyalty program has seven tiers, ranging from “Newcomer” to “Hall of Fame Icon,” and as you hit new milestones, you unlock new rewards, such as those listed above.
What’s great about the Fame Club (aside from the free rewards) is that, unlike many other sweepstakes casinos, you aren’t penalized for a lack of activity. Your tier level is never downgraded, so if you’re going through a busy period and can’t play, you don’t have to worry about perks being revoked.
Looking to get the most value out of your time spent on PlayFame? Consider the tips below.
As any sweepstakes casino overview can tell you, Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for cash prizes and are therefore largely considered to have a lesser purpose than Sweeps Coins. They’re also much easier to come across, so losing a few doesn’t hit as hard. That said, it’s a smart idea to play games with GC first to practice and get to know the rules and mechanics before risking your more valuable SC.
We found making a game plan in advance a good strategy. Knowing exactly how you’ll use your Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins balance, along with how many you’re willing to play with each day, enables you to get the most playing enjoyment and highest potential playtime value.
If you want to make the Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins that you’ve collected from your bonuses go further, we’d recommend playing games with high RTPs. This gives you the best chance of collecting more playtime and further free virtual currency!
Not everything is about collecting more virtual currency. A large part of sweepstakes casino play is the enjoyment you gain from it. So, use your Gold Coins to figure out what style of games you enjoy, or even give a game a go that you’d never normally think to try!
PlayFame's bonus offers can change over time, of course, so it's worth checking in regularly to see if anything new has become available. You can’t make the most of the site’s bonuses without actually claiming them, can you?
PlayFame was first launched a couple of years ago in 2024 and has gained steady popularity in the online sweepstakes casino world since. It has over 800 games available in categories such as slots and live dealer games, offering a good variety for players.
Some of our favourite slots we came across on the PlayFame website include the following:
One of the 24 NetGaming slots available on PlayFame, APED was a firm favorite of mine. It’s a real quirky 3x3 mutant ape-themed game. While the changing #WAGMI multiplier keeps every spin feeling a little different, the free spins round is where things get really interesting, with multipliers building throughout the feature.
The 94.23% RTP isn’t the highest out there, but the uniqueness and excitement of the game really make up for it.
Another NetGaming pick, Lucky Vault at first appears to be just your average retro-style fruit slot, but it's got a lot more to it than meets the eye! The 3x3 layout is easy to follow, while the wild symbol triggers different bonuses depending on how many land. Three wilds trigger the fixed 5,000x top prize payout within the game, which adds a definite element of excitement into the mix. Enjoy straightforward gameplay with a few twists? So do we! This game is a must-try.
Last but not the least of our favorite NetGaming titles, you’ll join Freddy the fisherman in his fishing adventures in this slot game! Fishing Reels Unlocked has a 5x3 layout with a max win bet of 15,000. It also has a Free Spins Feature that unlocks a fixed number of free spins, depending on which bonus symbol you land.
