KingPrize Review: Is KingPrize Legit and Safe?

Understanding how KingPrize works and setting up an account

At KingPrize, you can play games using Gold Coins (GC) or Sweeps Coins (SC). Gold Coins are easy to get, so they're great for playing new games or running tests. However, they have no other useful benefit.

Sweeps Coins, on the other hand, can be redeemed for prizes once the relevant requirements are met. We’ll go over how the process works later in this review. KingPrize has some unique rules that will affect all players, including a hard cap on how many SC can be redeemed until you make a qualifying GC purchase.

Creating your KingPrize account

The KingPrize home page is open to anyone, even without an account. This is great when you need to quickly check out its providers, promotions, and other basic information. However, if you need to do a thorough assessment of its services or play any game, you'll need to register with the operator. During our KingPrize review, these are the steps we took to set up our account:

The KingPrize game library

KingPrize has a game library with over 4,700 titles. You'll find many of the best games on the site, and if your focus is on slots, there are 63 NetGaming titles, along with others from developers like BetSoft, Playson, 3 Oaks Gaming, and Kalamba. Other games on the site include:

• Live dealer games
• Table games
• Scratch cards

Top slots to play with your free SC at KingPrize

Picking the best option from a list of 4,000+ slot titles isn't a simple task, but this is what you have to deal with at KingPrize. So, as part of our KingPrize review, we've put together our list of the top slot games you can play at KingPrize right now:

Casino Punks - Classic slot design with a free spins bonus round

Casino Punks

• RTP: 94.4
• volatility: high

Casino Punks is a crypto-themed slot by NetGaming with a max multiplier of 2,700x your play amount. Like many top NetGaming titles, Casino Punks has a 3x3 grid structure, common to classic slots, and a few bonus features. You can trigger the Punk free spins when you land 3 bonus symbols, or activate the free spins feature for up to 12 Punk free spins. The game has 5 fixed paylines with an RTP of up to 94.60% at KingPrize.

Although the 2,700x max multiplier makes Casino Punks a great pick, you should also note that it's a high volatility title. For games like this, you need to be patient. So, as much as possible, avoid chasing losses or trying to force a win.

Age of DaVinci - High RTP option with several bonus options

Age of DaVinci

• RTP: 96.51
• volatility: medium

The Age of DaVinci slot takes you back to the late 15th century, featuring symbols inspired by Da Vinci's drawings. Landing these symbols in a combination will trigger a win on this 20-payline slot. The 96.51% RTP on this title is one of the highest from a NetGaming slot, and it only gets better with the Bonus Pick mode.

You can unlock the Bonus Pick mode by landing 3 bonus symbols, which then gives you the option to pick one of the five possible features on the slot. You can get up to 7 free spins, so it's up to you to make the most of the bonus round.

Golden Bear Mountain - Up to a 5,000x max multiplier

Golden Bear Mountain

• RTP: 94.41
• volatility: high

Anyone who enjoys the outdoor lifestyle can blend in with nature at the Golden Bear Mountain slot. The slot accepts a 0.1 SC minimum spin amount, which is the lowest you'll find at KingPrize, in addition to the 5,000x max multiplier, 94.41% RTP, and 10 fixed paylines. Golden Bear Mountain also has a bonus round that offers up to 12 free spins, which is pretty much a standard on most NetGaming slots at this point. You can also re-trigger the free spins, which is another positive.

You'll find several wild features on the slot, including an expanding wild and a walking wild. These wild features are important since the wild symbol can replace other symbols to form combinations that trigger bonus rounds or multipliers.

Lucky Vault - Play for a decent jackpot

Lucky Vault

• RTP: 94.37
• volatility: medium

The best treasure is always securely kept. That's what Lucky Vault wants you to believe, and it gives you the option to try to find this treasure. Your goal is to land 3 wilds on the screen, which is the combination you need for a 5,000x jackpot. However, landing 1 or 2 wilds also triggers 5 respins or up to a 10x multiplier, respectively.

Lucky Vault has a classic slot design, so its gameplay is one of the simplest on KingPrize. It retains the 3x3 grid structure with 5 fixed paylines, so it's a top pick for anyone who wants a retro feel without modern slot features, like Megaways. Lucky Vault also strikes a great balance, since it's one of the few medium volatility titles from NetGaming.

Elvis Frog in Vegas - Up to three unique jackpot options

Elvis Frog In Vegas

• RTP: 96
• volatility: medium

Vegas often triggers memories of flashy lights and casinos, which is exactly what you get when you launch Elvis Frog in Vegas. This slot is a BGaming title with a 5x3 grid structure, a 2,500x max multiplier, and a 95.3% RTP. The slot has 25 paylines, and several bonus rounds including Blazing Reels, Coin Respins, and the Tutti-Frutti jackpot, which can trigger a Mini, Major, or Mega hit.

Gold Diggers - Put on your work boots for a day at the mines

Gold Diggers

• RTP: 97.5
• volatility: medium

Take a journey in the shoes of a classic blue-collar worker, as you dig for riches in this fun Betsoft title. The slot has a 5x3 reel structure with 30 paylines, and you have the option to adjust the number of lines for a play amount of 0.06 SC per spin. This makes Gold Diggers one of the cheapest slots to play at KingPrize.

KingPrize promotions for new and existing players

The quality of bonuses at a sweepstakes casino plays a huge role in determining if it's worth registering with, and KingPrize is not bad in this area. Although the operator advertises a 20,000 GC and 1.5 SC welcome bonus, the actual offer is slightly higher, at 30,000 GC and 2.5 SC. When setting up an account for our KingPrize review, we got an initial bonus of 10,000 GC and 1 SC for completing the phone verification. Next, we had the option to claim an additional 20,000 GC and 1.5 SC for completing an email verification.

In addition to the welcome bonus, KingPrize also has ongoing promotions that you can claim. We didn't find any offer that requires a KingPrize promo code. These are the ongoing promos you'll find:

Daily free game: This bonus gives you one free spin of the KingPrize Lucky Wheel for free virtual currencies, and one free play on a scratchcards game.

The King and his friends: This offer is the referral bonus at KingPrize. For inviting a friend to sign up using your referral link or code, you can get a 100,000 GC and 5 SC reward.

Mail-in bonus: The AMOE or mail-in bonus at KingPrize rewards you with 1 free SC for each request. This is one of the lowest available, which is why many users compare the KingPrize offer and other features to what you find on MyPrize.

Daily login streak: You get this bonus for when you log in to your KingPrize account each day. As a progressive bonus, this offer gets better over time. You get a 2,500 GC and 0.2 SC bonus on the first day, which increases to 4,500 GC and 0.45 SC with a 7-day streak.

Rain event: This unique bonus appears only in the global chat on Thursdays and Sundays.

What loyalty gets you at KingPrize: A look at the VIP Loyalty Club

The KingPrize VIP Loyalty Club is open to anyone, and you get various benefits for playing on the site. We found 8 VIP levels, and you need to get XP to get a higher level. Unlike many other sites that reward you with XP for spending GC or SC, KingPrize takes a different approach. The operator doesn't reward you with XP for GC play.

To get XP at KingPrize, what matters is how long you spend playing games and the number of new games you play. You get 50 XP per hour or 10 XP per unique game you play. Although this will require a bit of adjustment, choosing specific titles, such as low-volatility NetGaming slots, can help extend your playtime on the site.

If you still want the standard VIP rewards system where you get XP based on the amount of GC or SC you spend, you can visit other sweepstakes sites. There are many sites that offer this, and if you truly want a different take on the sweepstakes VIP format, check out Jackpota.

Our user experience at KingPrize

The overall user experience at KingPrize is nice, and you'll appreciate it if you plan to visit regularly. Although the home page isn't minimalist or clutter-free, it doesn't feel overwhelming for visitors. If you're using the desktop website, stretching your browser to a widescreen view offers the best experience, since anything smaller makes some text difficult to read or hides important information.

You won't have any trouble transitioning from the desktop version of the site to the mobile version, which makes it a solid option if you sometimes need to be away from your computer. You can get a downloadable app on iOS, but KingPrize hasn't released an Android app, which is only a minor downside for most users.

Finding your favorite games or a title from a specific developer isn't a problem, thanks to the search bar at the top of the screen. This feature is handy to have, since we noticed the site's filter function is a basic version. You only have access to preset filters, such as Popular, New Releases, and Featured. However, if you want to find games by theme, RTP, or minimum play amount, you won't be able to do so.

Completing an optional GC purchase at KingPrize

Since you get a decent supply of free GCs and SCs from KingPrize, it's easy to overlook the optional GC purchase option on the site. However, this feature is useful to some users, and we also tested it during our KingPrize review. Depending on your preference, you can complete a transaction using one of the following payment options at KingPrize:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover)
• Cash App
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

KingPrize has nine standard packages you can purchase starting at $1.99, plus limited-time options like the Midweek special and welcome offer. The operator also regularly runs discount promotions, so you might find offers like 17% off.

Making your first SC redemption request at the sweepstakes casino

When it comes to SC redemptions, KingPrize is similar to many sites we've visited, but it has some unique requirements. To process any SC redemption at KingPrize, you must complete a 1x playthrough requirement and gather at least 100 redeemable SC. However, there is a maximum win cap when using your free SC.

When you claim free SC through promotions, KingPrize caps your maximum win at 100 SC. For a higher limit of 1,000 SC, you must make an optional GC purchase of up to $20. However, if you want to enjoy SC redemptions without having to deal with any restrictions, you must make an optional GC purchase of $20 or more.

These restrictions on maximum redeemable SC balance is unusual. And it is one of the reasons why other sweepstakes casinos are slightly better than KingPrize. If you want to compare KingPrize to other sites to see how it stacks up, you can visit our sweepstakes casinos hub for more details.

Is KingPrize safe and legitimate?

When evaluating if a sweepstakes casino is safe, we focus on factors such as SC redemption denials, game providers, support channels, and site ownership. These were some of the things we checked during our KingPrize review, and everything we found looked good – this is a reputable site with all the industry-standard safety features.

While we’re going over whether KingPrize is legit, we should also point out that it doesn't operate in all US states. Yes, it is a free-to-play site, but its service is still restricted in some US states. Right now, you can visit KingPrize in 34 US states except the following:

• California
• Connecticut
• Washington, D.C.
• Delaware
• Hawaii
• Idaho
• Indiana
• Louisiana
• Maryland
• Maine
• Michigan
• Montana
• New Jersey
• Nevada
• New York
• Tennessee
• Washington

Although KingPrize is unavailable in these states, you might find other sweeps casinos that operate in them. If you're in any of these states and really love KingPrize's royalty and crown-themed design, we also cover Sweeps Royal as an alternative.

Your options for getting help at KingPrize

One thing we noticed at KingPrize is its dedication to helping its members. There are several ways to contact the support team, including email, a comprehensive FAQ, and 24/7 live chat.

The live chat option is the best for instant responses, though when we sent our initial message, we received an AI-generated response. However, when we requested to speak to a human agent, we were connected within minutes. The support representatives are professional and knowledgeable about the site, so they're very helpful when you need to resolve issues.

KingPrize also lets you interact with other members through the global chat, and we've found this to be an excellent way to get non-technical help. Here, you can learn tips and tricks from other members or find out about some fun titles to try, in addition to the NetGaming titles we recommend.
