Understanding how Chanced Casino works

If you're new to sweepstakes casinos, the Chanced Casino operation might be confusing at first, but we're here to explain things clearly. As you'll notice when you visit the Chanced Casino website, the site has the appearance of a regular online casino. However, what makes it different is the use of virtual currencies to play its games. To launch any title on the site, you can make use of Gold Coins (GC) or Sweeps Coins (SC).

Gold Coins are the standard virtual currency that you can get through promotions or from the Chanced store. You can play games with the Gold Coins, but that's all they're good for. Of course, you get GC winnings when playing with these Gold Coins, but you can only use them to play more games on Chanced.

For a change of pace, you need to play games using the Sweeps Coins. At Chanced, Sweeps Coins also let you play any game you want. We tried these Sweeps Coins, and while we still had access to the same games, we also had an SC redemption option. The SC redemption option allows you to redeem SC winnings for prizes.

The general process we've explained in this section is how most sweepstakes casinos work. You might find a few with some unique features, like a third virtual currency, but the general operation is the same. If you want to get a different take on the sweepstakes format, check out our Lavish Luck review.

Games you can find at Chanced Casino

Chanced Casino has 2,490+ games in its library, which it sorts into categories such as Ironman Race Games, Chanced Showcase, Jackpot Hunt, and more. However, if you focus on the main social casino categories, you'll be able to fish out the following games:

• Slots
• Table games
• Live dealer games
• Arcade games (Dice, Mines, Crash)

We've seen 17 NetGaming titles on the site, a few Evolution games, and ICONIC21 live dealer games. All the providers on the site are trustworthy, so the games are safe.

Some of the best slots you can play at Chanced Casino

Chanced has more than 2,000 slot games, so getting the best titles to play takes more than just making random picks. We've tested hundreds of slot games on the site, and we've been able to select six titles that offer the best slot gaming experience:

Shamrock Trio: Hold & Respin - An excess of bonus features

Shamrock Trio: Hold & Respin

• RTP: 94.41
• volatility: medium

The magic doesn't stop in the Shamrock Trio: Hold & Respin slot. You play for an opportunity to land the 5,000x max multiplier on this 94.41% RTP title. The game has 20 fixed paylines, and each spin can trigger a red, blue, or green clover coin.

The Mega Shamrock is the bonus round on the slot, while the multiplier, double, and extra spins can apply to the base game. Depending on the coin symbol combination, you can get up to seven different features, including the double, extra spins, hold & respin, multiplier & double, or double & extra spins. This means you can trigger two features when going into a bonus round on this NetGaming title.

Fireball Inferno - Generous free spins with dynamic row count

Fireball Inferno

• RTP: 94.28
• volatility: high

If you're a fan of high volatility slots, then you will feel at home with Fireball Inferno. The game stands out for being able to go from 4 to 8 rows after a spin, which is slightly different from what Megaways slots offer.

One of the bonus rounds is an Inferno free spins round that awards you 10 free spins if you get 3 free spin symbols. You can also re-trigger this feature for 10 more free spins, giving you more chances to increase your SC balance. The Inferno re-spin is responsible for increasing the number of rows to 8, and it also sometimes gets you the 1,000 max multiplier from the Grand jackpot.

Wicked Wins Fortune Pick - Three fun bonus games

Wicked Wins Fortune Pick

• RTP: 94.17
• volatility: medium

Spooky season can come at any time, even after Halloween, thanks to the Wicked Wins Fortune Pick. What makes this game so exciting are the Scary, Spooky, and Creepy bonuses that you can trigger. Each of these bonuses unlocks a unique bonus round, which includes a 9x12 grid with disappearing numbers or a wheel spin.

The Spooky bonus is the most fun, since it lets you pick random objects that may reward you with a key, additional credit, or trigger a ghost. Plus, the bonus round transports you to a fresh scene, with gameplay that is different from the regular slot round.

Skulls Gone Wild - High RTP slot with great graphics

Skulls Gone Wild

• RTP: 96.42
• volatility: high

This Day of the Dead-themed slot follows the footsteps of other NetGaming slots like Fireball Inferno. The slot features a 5x3 reel structure, a polished interface, and 3D symbols. What sets it apart from many other NetGaming slots is its 96.42% RTP, which is among the highest from the developer, making it worth trying out.

When you win a round on this slot, the Re-spin feature automatically activates and applies a symbol upgrade. The symbol upgrade, also known as La Fiesta, can cause all symbols of the same kind to transform to Wilds, or wins with a specific feature get a 5x multiplier.

Epic Joker - A jester, a reel, and a 500x jackpot

Epic Joker

• RTP: 97
• volatility: medium

Epic Joker has one of the highest RTPs on Chanced Casino. Although it retains most of the classic slot mechanics, the game still offers a Super mode and Joker re-spin bonus rounds. Landing the same symbols in all 9 spaces of the 3x3 grid triggers the Super mode with 5 free spins. The slot has 5 active paylines, and landing a joker stack triggers the re-spin mode. However, getting a third joker stack nets you a 500x multiplier.

Le Bandit - 10,000x max multiplier

Le Bandit

• RTP: 96.34
• volatility: medium

Hacksaw Gaming's Le Bandit takes you on an adventure through dangerous back alleys, where you'll get to flex your muscles as Smokey the Raccoon. Getting a win on this slot triggers a super cascade, which allows other symbols to occupy the spot of winning symbols. You can trigger an All That Glitters is Gold bonus game with 12 free spins when you get 4 scatter symbols, or get the Treasure at the End of the Rainbow bonus round with 5 scatters.

Chanced Casino promotions

Chanced is constantly running promotions to reward its members with free GCs and SCs. New members of the sweepstakes casino aren't left out, as the operator offers a 25,000 GC welcome bonus when you set up an account. A Chanced Casino promo code isn't a requirement to claim the welcome bonus or any other offer, but you must go through the promo banner to confirm if there are other steps to take.

First GC purchase bonus: This is a reward of up to 600,000 GC and 60 free SC when you make your first optional GC purchase on the site.

Daily login / hourly bonus: When you sign in for the day, Chanced will reward you with a daily login bonus. The offer is a progressive bonus that starts from 5,000 GC and 0.3 SC, and you can get up to 20,000 GC and 1 SC, depending on how long you maintain your streak. On top of this, you can claim an hourly bonus of 0.10 SC claimable for every 60 minutes of gameplay.

Referral bonus: The Chanced Casino reward for inviting a friend is a 100,000 GC and 15 SC bonus from the operator. Your friend needs to make an optional GC purchase of at least $20 for you to receive the bonus, so don't think your job is done after they sign up.

Social media bonuses: Sometimes, you'll find bonuses on the Chanced Facebook, Instagram, or Telegram pages. To ensure you don't miss out on these offers, we recommend joining the Telegram channel or following Chanced on Instagram.

Mail-in bonus: Chanced has one of the highest mail-in bonuses available. For each request you send, the operator will reward you with 5 SC.

5,000 SC Weekly raffle: To participate in the Chanced weekly raffle, you need to get entry tickets. You need to spend 100 SC on the sweepstakes casino to get an entry ticket, so this is a contest best suited to dedicated players on the site.

This is a solid roster of promotions. But if you want to see how Chanced Casino stacks up to the competition, you can browse through our sweepstakes casinos hub to check out the rest of the market.

Usability, look, and feel

When it comes to sweepstakes casino designs, there aren't many that will blow our minds anymore. We've tested so many sites before this Chanced Casino review, so many of the things here are similar to what we've seen on other sites. Nonetheless, Chanced still does a great job in making its site easy to navigate. You'll find a vertical scrolling sidebar that provides links to various sections of the sweepstakes casino. If you visit the site without setting up an account, some of these links, such as Promotions, VIP Club, and Races, will be unavailable. There are additional links to various games, events, and live support, all of which are very useful.

Other parts of the screen, except for the vertical-scrolling sidebar, are used to display the Chanced Casino games. The site has more than 2,400 games available, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and 17 NetGaming slots. Of course, you can filter the games by categories, so Chanced gets a very positive rating in this area. You can find Chanced exclusives, go on a Jackpot Hunt, or pick Vegas Matt's Favorites, which are some of the unique categories on the site.

For us, something simpler works. We prefer using the search bar or filtering by provider in each category. Both of these options are available, so no complaints here. The dark background also makes it easier to view images or your slot screen without getting distracted.

Mobile gaming service

Chanced has really gone all out to ensure it meets the needs of all potential members. It's one of the few operators with downloadable apps on the App Store and Google Play Store, so you get the best of both worlds whether you decide to play on mobile or stick to desktop gaming. The mobile apps don't miss any of the features you find on the desktop version.

Getting more Gold Coins through optional GC purchases at Chanced Casino

You don't always have to rely on promotions to get Gold Coins at Chanced Casino. Although this is the best option for most players, Chanced also lets you purchase an optional GC package from its store. The optional GC package includes a fixed amount of GC, but sometimes Chanced might add a few free SCs as a bonus with your purchase. For a long time, Chanced only supported optional GC purchases via bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). However, that has changed, and now you can also complete your GC purchases using cryptocurrencies on the site.

SC redemptions at Chanced Casino

If you're hoping to play a few rounds and process an SC redemption at Chanced, then you'll be disappointed. Unlike what you'll have seen in our McLuck review, where we had the option to redeem as low as 10 SC, Chanced Casino only supports 100 SC minimum redemptions. This is the highest you'll find on most sites, so it's one of the minor drawbacks. You can get your SC redemption via bank transfer, but you must verify your account to proceed. It's possible to receive your cash prize within minutes, but sometimes, you may need to wait a few days.

Keep in mind that all Regular SC has a playthrough requirement of 1x, which is pretty normal across most sweepstakes casinos. Any SC gained through bonuses holds a 3x requirement or higher. Check the T&C's to each bonus to make sure that you're on track for the playthrough requirement for the chance to get yourself some real prizes.

Chanced customer service: Several options to choose from

If there is one thing we are sure of, getting help at Chanced won't be a problem for anyone. When you need to resolve any issue or get answers to a question, you can get in touch with a customer support representative through the live chat or by sending an email ([email protected]). Live chat is available 24/7, so this is usually the best option for fast responses on the site, just like on ThrillCoins. We use the email option only when we need to upload documents, and that rarely happens.

Chanced also has an FAQ section where you can find information on various topics, such as optional GC purchases and SC redemptions. This section is great for anyone who wants to learn more about the site and its services, without having to go back and forth with a support member. You can also connect with Chanced on Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook. The Telegram Channel has over 17,000 members, and you get updates on the latest promotions.

Chanced Casino eligible states

Chanced Casino doesn't need a license to operate in the US. This is one of the perks of being an online sweepstakes casino. However, the site isn’t available across the US, as the T&Cs list some restricted states. Right now, individuals residing in these US states can't use the Chanced Casino service:

• California
• Connecticut
• Idaho
• Illinois
• Indiana
• Louisiana
• Maine
• Michigan
• Montana
• New Jersey
• Nevada
• New York
• Tennessee
• Washington

Conclusion: Excellent option for regular promotions and mobile gaming

Christine Miller Editor

4.5 / 5

If you're into mobile sweepstakes casino gaming, then Chanced is one of the few options for you. Since the operator has invested resources in providing a dedicated mobile app for Android and iOS devices, you can be sure of a mobile-first approach whenever anything important happens. All the games you find on the desktop version of the site are available in the mobile apps, and we didn't experience any lag when we tried them.

Chanced is great with promotions, and it hosts so many events that it's sometimes difficult to keep track of them. We've seen offers that appear as challenges during our Chanced Casino review, as well as regular offers like the daily login bonus and referral rewards. And although the welcome bonus doesn't include free SC for now, you still get a 25,000 GC bonus when you sign up on the site using the link on this page.
